The Public Accountants Act (PAA) of 1982 founded MAB to control the practice and coaching of all Expert accountants. The PAA was amended in 2012 to increase the MAB’s mandate to include oversight in the planning and audit of economic statements of general public curiosity entities (PIEs). The MAB’s mandate because it relates to the oversight of
